Meet the outback legend “Giggles”

Last Saturday 19/4/14 we had a Karaoke night down at the Royal Hotel in Eromanga where all the locals, miners and tourists all enjoyed a fun night .

Giggles shaved his 4 year old beard and head to raise money for prostate cancer, this is obviously a before photo, Giggles raised $1400

I shaved my head to raise money for the royal flying doctor service and raffles a photo and I raise $900.

We had a BBQ which also raised a large amount of money and an easter egg raffle.

Everyone had an awesome night!!!

When I catch Giggles next,I will take an after shot, you can hardly recognise him Well done Giggles!!

Nasty Goanna

This Goanna has been hanging around where I work for a few weeks, its about 5 feet long and has no fear of us and has chased one of the staff around.He wont leave and has us all inside at times.The other day I threw a rock at it and of course I missed but inside that rock was opal, very pretty colours, not worth anything as it is like veins running through the rock.we are hoping this Goanna disappears soon, I am worried about my little dog it would eat him up very quickly. If you dont see it and walk near it, it starts flicking its big fat tail and stands up as tall as it can getting ready to attack.
