The flower emerges from the Bromeliad.

IMG_9046_6267This amazes me how the Bromeliad plant collects water and has its own garden in the centre of the plant. They are in so many colours, shapes and how they grow so easy.

  1. This actually helped me identify several of my photos. I always forget to take photos of the ID signs at botanical gardens, and then have a difficult time identifying the plants when I get home. This post helped me identify Neoregelia (Blushing Bromeliad) and Tillandsia (Pink Quill) photos I had taken.

    Thanks for the timely post.
